Canadian by headquarters. North American by formation. Catholic by mission.
Every aspect of CURA has been built with a simple conviction: faithful Catholic counselling should not stop at geopolitical borders
A Continental Catholic Counselling Practice
Serving clients across both Canada and the United States, CURA helps individuals, couples, and families access professional counselling that is both clinically excellent and faithful to the Catholic understanding of the human person.

Deep Roots in the American Catholic Tradition
Although CURA is unapologetically Canadian and headquartered in the in Great White North, every member of our clinical team has lived, worked, and studied in the United States. Our therapists have been shaped by the academic, clinical, and spiritual influences that have formed Catholic leaders across the continent.
A Shared Catholic Heritage
Our clinicians have received formation from some of Americaโs most respected Catholic institutions, including:
-Franciscan University of Steubenville
-Divine Mercy University
-Thomas Aquinas College
-The Augustine Institute

Why Americans Choose CURA
Canadian Pricing
Because our fees are charged in Canadian dollars, American clients benefit from a favourable exchange rate compared with counselling services in the United States.
Continuity of Care
Life doesnโt stop at state lines. Military families relocate. Professionals move for work. Students leave for university. Many counselling relationships end when those transitions occur. CURA was intentionally structured to serve clients throughout North America, allowing many clients to maintain continuity of care through moves, career changes, educational pursuits, military service, and other life transitions without disrupting the therapeutic relationship.
A North American Perspective
Because our therapists have lived, studied, and served on both sides of the border, we understand the cultural realities facing Catholics throughout North America. Our perspective is shaped less by regional politics or cultural trends and more by the enduring wisdom of the Catholic faith.
Established Cross-Border Care
American clients have always been an intentional part of CURAโs vision. Our practice model and professional liability coverage were intentionally structured to accommodate American clients from all 50 states, allowing us to provide secure online counselling from coast to coast.
