Recover from Emotional and Narcissistic Abuse
The Catholic Way
Why do I feel like I’ve lost myself?
You’ve survived years of distortion, control, criticism, emotional unpredictability, manipulation, gaslighting, or spiritual abuse.
You feel confused, anxious, and numb. You’ve lost your confidence and have difficulty trusting yourself, and God.
Emotional and Spiritual Abuse causes real trauma
(Yes, even if there were no bruises)
If you are seeking support while navigating emotional cycles of inconsistency, where love and withdrawal coexist
You don’t have to do this alone.
Why can’t I trust anyone anymore?
If you’ve become disconnected from your heart, desires, and God-given dignity, there is hope.
You are still His beloved Child.
Hey there, nice to meet you!
My name is Cecilia
As a Certified therapist, I specialize in helping Catholics recover from abusive relationships and trauma caused by narcissistic patterns.
I’ve studied this area carefully, but more importantly, I’ve lived it.
The word “narcissism” was not in my vocabulary until my 23-year relationship ended and the fight to uncouple began.
I offer guidance informed by both professional insight and lived experience, to help you reconnect with your sense of self, dignity, and direction.
Where do I turn? What are my options?
-

Some choose to remain in the relationship
For the sake of their family, out of hope that things will improve, or for fear that things could get worse
-

Others consider separation or “uncoupling"
This can become the battle of your life with the narcissist turning your closest supports against you and engaging in delay tactics until you want to give up
Both paths can feel equally overwhelming and disorientating
The last thing you need is a secular therapist who doesn’t appreciate your deeply held beliefs regarding lifelong, Sacramental marriage
I offer a compassionate space to help you process and find clarity
Wherever you find yourself, you do not have to navigate this alone.
I am here to walk alongside you, providing steady support as you move through this transition with care and intention
If you feel ready to talk, I invite you to book a session
