Because our fees are charged in Canadian dollars, American clients benefit from a favourable exchange rate compared with counselling services in the United States.
Whereas most counselling agencies in the USA charge almost $200 USD per session, our rates usually work out to about $100-120 depending on market exchange rates.
Continuity of Care
Since American counsellors are only licensed in a handful of states, therapeutic relationships usually end when those transitions occur. But life doesn’t stop at state lines. CURA was intentionally structured to allow clients to maintain continuity of care through moves and other life transitions without disrupting the therapeutic relationship.
