The first step is to book a 1 hour intake session (full fee) or a 15 minute complimentary phone consult. If you’ve read through our website and are convince that God is calling you to do this, then go ahead a book an intake session! If you need more information or time discern if this is a good fit, then book a complimentary phone consult.

Our 2025 hourly rate is $160 for Saskatchewan therapists and $200 per hour for Ontario and Alberta based therapists.

As of January 1st, 2026, our hourly rate is $200 for all therapists.

Yes. All of our therapists are comfortable and experienced working in non-Catholic therapeutic environments. But we believe that Christ is the Divine Physician and that healing works better when you bring God into the process!

Usually, depending on your benefit plan and the therapist you work with. Each of our therapists have different professional designations and are regulated by different governing bodies, and every benefit plan is different. We are available to assist you in finding a Catholic therapist that is covered by your plan.

At CURA, we believe in making therapy accessible. If you do not have mental health coverage, please contact us to discuss how we can make these services more affordable.

Your session time is reserved for you, but we also understand that things come up in life from time to time. We require 24 hours notice for cancelled sessions. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.
