Hannah Marchildon, BA, MA, CCC
Hannah is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville's Master's program of clinical mental health counseling in Steubenville Ohio.
“The Catholic faith is the foundation for my counseling, which deeply informs my theological, psychological, and philosophical understanding of the human person. It is my goal to journey with my clients with empathy and care to help them grow in insight and in autonomy so that they can live their lives freely as God intended.”
Apart from counseling, I enjoy reading, music, and encountering God's beauty in nature. I also enjoy spending time with my large family and my many nephews.
I believe in integrating evidence-based counseling techniques and theories with the spirituality of the person.
My clinical work includes using CBT, MBCT, and ACT approaches in individual therapy and group therapy, helping those with a myriad of personal issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity issues, and difficulty in adjustment due to life changes.
